Refunds and withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal in the EU, and when it ends for digital products.

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital products this right ends as soon as the product is delivered, if you agreed to that before paying. You give this agreement with the checkbox at checkout, and products land in Your items right after payment.

If something went wrong with a payment, for example you were charged twice, contact us through a support ticket or by email. The details are in our Terms of Service.
