When an upload does not work

What to check when an upload fails or does not show up on your page.

• Too big? Check the size in File sizes and formats. Shrink the file or cut the video.
• Wrong format? Pictures can be PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, HEIC, BMP or TIFF, songs MP3, OGG or WAV, videos MP4, WebM or MOV. Other formats need to be converted first.
• Took long? GIFs and iPhone videos are converted after uploading. Wait until the upload is done before leaving the page.
• Not on your page? Uploads and settings save on their own. Check the right profile is active and open Preview in the top bar.
• puh.gg was updated? If the dashboard asks you to reload, do it once, then upload again.
